|General Terms & Conditions
All tour programs and services should be booked through the MANOR HOLIDAYS office or website.
All reservation requests should be accompanied by a non refundable deposit of USD 100 per person. Clients will be informed of the booking status as soon as possible, and normally within 72 hours of the receipt of the request. If MANOR HOLIDAYS is unable to obtain confirmations for the arrangements originally requested, the deposit made will be refunded.
All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees. A final invoice will be sent 60 days before arrival with guaranteed rates. Local taxes, as well as rates of exchange are subject to change. Invoices will show these local taxes separately. Invoiced amounts will be nett rates plus local taxes.
Children between 2 and 12 years old are not granted discounts on transfers, excursions and other tourist services. Hotels have different policies for children discounts. Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults. The exact amount a child has to pay depends on the itinerary and the hotels selected.
For all tour programs requested, a deposit of USD 100 Per Person is required at the time of booking. Full pre-payment by bank transfer is required 45 days before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients.
If full pre-payment is not received 45 days before departure, MANOR HOLIDAYS reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, and to retain the deposit.
For all tour programs requested within 45 days of departure, the entire cost of the program must be paid on confirmation of all components of the program.
Cancellation and No Show Charges of Package Tours arranged as per request:

|45 - 30 Days prior to Departure||: 50% of Package Price|
|Less than 30 Days||: 100% of Package Price|
It is strongly recommended that you have adequate travel insurance to cover your entire trip.
Most hotels allow check-in between 1200 hrs and 1400 hrs. Should you require your room ready for immediate check-in on arrival, we can arrange this for an additional charge. Please request for prices and details.
CLAIMS & REFUNDS
Refunds are not made for any missed services or any unused services, sightseeing trips or any missed meals if these were included in the cost of the trip. Any claims for refunds for services that were not provided as per the package tour that was paid for, must be made within 15 days of the completion of the tour.
Gratuities are not included in the program price quoted and are at the discretion of the traveller.
MANOR HOLIDAYS acts solely as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, restaurants, all transport operators, independent suppliers, guides and local tourist offices providing the services. MANOR HOLIDAYS is therefore not liable for any negligent or wilful act of any such person or entity or any third person.
In addition and without limitation, MANOR HOLIDAYS is not responsible for any loss, injury, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services, whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or labour activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation, or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.
Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid when published on the website or when advised to clients, and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Any payment to MANOR HOLIDAYS constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out here above.
